La Cultura Salumi Inc. artisanal meat products are produced from their own free roaming water buffalo herd. The animals are fed a grass and hay based natural diet that does not contain any hormones or antibiotics. They work with local farmers to have them provide beef and pork, which is raised using the same policies. Their beef and water buffalo products will include low sodium, low fat, low cholesterol Bresaola, Salami, Carpaccio, and Sfilacci. Pork products include a number of specialty meats - Lonzino, Coppa, Proscutto, Panchetta, and Salami etc.
